Vitality Works provide services in physical activity and nutrition research. We work collaboratively with a number of organisations and on our own to deliver quality research. This ranges from literature reviewing, critical analysis, measurement issues, intervention delivery and assessment, community consultation, focus groups, health promotion evaluation, and report writing.

Our staff have published and presented their work at national and international conferences and in the peer-reviewed research literature to the highest level.
