The Next Step program is an outdoor based, cardiovascular oriented exercise program; offering expert coaching, training programs and a wellness portal (website resource). This program is about your employees taking the next step to manage their own health, set goals and achieve both personally and in the workplace.

The Next Step – Team Challenge

This is a team based, health focused and fun 8 week program for workplaces.

This challenge involves all staff, at all levels, in all geographical locations!  Employees will participate in a fun and competitive challenge to motivate them.  Employees can personalise their 8-week program yet ensure they are being challenged and that they are working together.

The Around NZ Challenge

This is a team-based walking challenge using Yamax pedometers. This challenge can be conducted online or “in-person”.  This wellness program is perfect for organisations looking for a fun and motivating activity that all of your employees can participate in.
